1. The applicants mentioned above should report to KGUMSB Conference Hall with the following documents, for the purpose of verification of the documents:

1. Original academic transcripts and certificates
2. Security Clearance Certificate
3. Citizenship Identity Card- Original
4. No Objection Certificate(NOC) from the employer if employed and NOC from the concerned ministry (for civil servants)
5. If employed, documentary evidence of the current position level.

2. The Selection process will be as per the following schedule:

1. Verification of Original Documents

• Time: 9.00 A.M – 12:00 P.M
• Venue: KGUMSB Conference Hall
• Date: 8^th June 2017

1. Presentation (For Administrative Officer)

• Time: 9 A.M onwards
• Venue: KGUMSB Board Room
• Date: 12^th June 2017

• The scenario/topic will be given on the spot
• Presentation shall include 5 slides only
• Time allotment as follows:
• Half an hour – For preparation of presentation
• 10 minutes – Presentation
• 20 minutes – Question and Answer Round (Viva Voce included)
• Presentation will be assessed out of 60%

1. Viva Voce

• Viva voce will be assessed out of 20%

1. Written Examination (For Laboratory Technician)

• Time: 10: 00 AM – 12:00 P.M
• Venue: KGUMSB Conference Hall
• Date: 12^th June 2017
• Written will be assessed out of 80%
• No viva voce

3. 20% will be added from shortlisted marks.
4. An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection examination and interview if he/she fails to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of verification and the slot will be allotted to the immediate next candidate.
5. An applicant must secure 50% in the final score compilation to qualify for the post.
