VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

The Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB) is pleased to announce the post of Registrar, Director MECRIT, and Program Officer the details are as follows:

3. Fixed term of 5 years renewal by another term or attainment of 60 years, whichever is earlier.
2 Director

(MECRIT)

 PL- III Master’s Degree in a relevant field 1 Office of the President  

 

1. Minimum of 15 years of work experience including at least 3 years’ experience in managerial and administrative posts in Position Level 4 equivalent to P1.

 

2. Fixed term of 5 years renewal by another term or attainment of 60 years, whichever is earlier.

 

 

 
3 Program Officer PL-7 Bachelors 1 Office of the President 1. Minimum 3 years of work experience.

 

2.  Preference will be given to candidates with  experience in exam management system

 Note: PL1 = EX1, PL3=EX-III & PL7=P4 equivalent of the civil service

  1. Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria may apply along with:

  • CV along with two referees with contact details, for the post of Registrar
  • Academic transcript, bachelor certificate, and Masters certificate, For the Post of Registrar and Director
  • Training certificates (if any)
  • Annual performance report (For the past 3 years) for the post of Registrar
  • Security Clearance Certificate
  • Audit Clearance Certificate
  • No Objection Certificate from the Employer (if employed)
  • Medical fitness certificate
  • A copy of CID
  • Recent passport-size photograph
  • One Legal Stamp
  1. Preference will be given to the candidates with relevant qualification/training and work experience.
  2. Short-listed candidates will be called for a selection interview/selection examination.
  3. An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection interview if he/she has failed to furnish testimonials as required above.
  4. Short-listed candidates must produce the original documents during the time of the interview.
  5. The selected candidate will be assigned the position level based on the qualification, current position level, and number of work experience in the current position.
  6. University reserves the right not to select applicants if they do not get appropriate applicants for the post.
