  1. The Position Level shall be fixed as per qualification and relevant work experience.
  2. The applicants mentioned above should report to KGUMSB Conference Hall with the following documents, for the purpose of verification of the documents:
    a. Original academic transcripts and certificates
    b. Security Clearance Certificate
    c. Citizenship Identity Card – Original
    d. No Objection Certificate(NOC) from the employer if employed and NOC from the concerned ministry (for civil servants) issued after the date of vacancy announced (i.e. 11th May 2020)
    e. If employed, documentary evidence of the current position level.

The Selection Process will be as per the following schedule:

Verification of Original Document.

  • Time: 9.30 A.M – 11:00 A.M
  • Venue: KGUMSB Conference Hall
  • Date: 29th June 2020

b. Written Exam for Faculty Positions
Time: 12 PM  to 2 PM , Venue: KGUMSB Conference Hall, Date: 29th June 2020

  • Written exam will be assessed out of 60%

     Viva Voce for Faculty and Medical Technician (EEG)

  • Time: 9:30 AM onwards, Venue: KGUMSB Conference Hall, Date: 1st July 2020

 c. Presentation and Viva Voce for Assistant ADM Officer (FoTM).

  • Preparation of presentation (Venue: IT Lab, FNPH, Time: 9: 30 A.M to 10:30 A.M)
  • Viva Voce (Venue: KGUMSB Conference hall, Time:11:00 A.M onwards
  • Date: 1st July 2020
  1. 20% will be added from shortlisted marks.
  2. An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection examination and interview if he/she fails to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of verification and the slot will be allotted to the immediate next applicant.
  3. An applicant must secure 60% in the final score compilation to qualify for the post.
