The applicants mentioned above should report to Conference Hall, KGUMSB with the following documents, for the purpose of verification of the documents:
- Original academic transcripts and certificates
- Security Clearance Certificate
- Audit Clearance Certificate. For those who are not eligible for Audit Clearance, need to submit No Due Certificate/ Letter signed by the Head of the Agency
- Citizenship Identity Card – Original
- No Objection Certificate(NOC) from the employer, if employed
- documentary evidence of the current position level
- The Selection process will be as per the following schedule:
- Verification of Original Documents (For all the posts)
- Time: 9.00 A.M – 10:00 A.M
- Venue: Conference Hall, KGUMSB
- Date: 11th April 2025
- Written Exam (For Faculty Positions only)
- Time: 10: 00 A.M to 11: 00 A.M
- Venue: Conference Hall, KGUMSB
- Date: 11th April 2025
- Written Examination will be assessed out of 100 marks
- The result for written examination will be uploaded in the KGUMSB website (www.kgumsb.edu.bt) on or before 1PM on the same day
- An applicant must secure a minimum of 60% in written examination to qualify for the viva voce.
- Presentation (For Assistant Program Officer only)
- Time: 10: 00 A.M to 11: 00 A.M
- Venue: Conference Hall, KGUMSB
- Date: 11th April 2025
- Presentation will be assessed out of 50 marks
- The scenario/topic will be given on the spot
- Presentation shall include 5 slides only
- Viva Voce
- Simulation Laboratory Assistant
- Time: 10:30 A.M to 11:00 A.M
- Venue: Board Room, KGUMSB
- Date: 11th April 2025
- Viva voce will be assessed out of 100 marks
- Assistant Program Officer
- Time: 11:00 A.M onwards
- Venue: Board Room, KGUMSB
- Date: 11th April 2025
- 10 minutes – Presentation
- 10 minutes – Question and Answer Round (Viva Voce included)
- Faculty positions (If qualified for the Viva Voce)
- Time: 2:00 P.M onwards
- Venue: Board Room, KGUMSB
- Date: 11th April 2025
- 15 minutes for each candidates
e. Final calculation of marks (100%)
- Faculty position and Assistant Program Officer:
- Written Exam/Presentation will be assessed out of 50%
- Viva voce will be assessed out of 30%
- Shortlisting marks will be assessed out of 20%
- Simulation Laboratory Assistant
- Viva voce will be assessed out of 80%
- Shortlisting marks will be assessed out of 20%
An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection examination and interview if he/she fails to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of verification and the slot will be allotted to the immediate next applicant.
