The Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB) is pleased to notify the shortlisted applicants for the post of Administrative Assistants (3 posts) for the Faculty of Postgraduate Medicine (KGUMSB), for the selection interview, as follows:

The applicants mentioned above should report to KGUMSB with the following documents, for the purpose of verification of the documents and interview, as detailed below:
- Original academic transcripts and academic certificates
- Valid Security Clearance Certificate
- Valid Audit Clearance Certificate
- For those who are not eligible for Audit Clearance, need to submit No Due Certificate/ Letter signed by the Head of the Agency, if employed.
- Citizenship Identity Card – Original
- No Objection Certificate(NOC) from the employer, if employed and NOC from the concerned ministry (for civil servants)
- If employed, documentary evidence of the current position level.
- The selection process will be as per the following schedule:
- Verification of Original Documents
- Time: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM
- Venue: Board Room, KGUMSB
- Date: 19th April 2024
- Viva Voce
- Time: 10:30 AM Onwards
- Venue: Board Room, KGUMSB
- Date: 19th April 2024
- Viva voce will be assessed out of 100 marks
- Time allotment per candidate will be 15 minutes
- Final calculation of marks (100%)
- Viva voce will be assessed out of 80%
- Shortlisting marks will be assessed out of 20%
An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection examination and interview if he/she fails to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of verification and the slot will be allotted to the immediate next applicant.
