The Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB) is pleased to notify the short-listed applicants for the post of Deputy Deans at the Faculty of Postgraduate Medicine (FoPGM) and Faculty of Undergraduate Medicine (FoUGM), for the selection interview, as follows:

- The applicants mentioned above should report to Board Room, KGUMSB with the following documents, for the purpose of verification of the documents:
- Original academic transcripts and certificates
- Security Clearance Certificate
- Audit Clearance Certificate
- Citizenship Identity Card – Original
- Documentary evidence of the current position level.
2. The Selection process will be as per the following schedule:
Date: 20th February 2024
- Verification of Original Documents
- Time: 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM
- Venue: Board Room, KGUMSB
- Presentation Preparation
- Time: 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM
- Presentation and Viva Voce
- Time: 10:30 AM Onwards
- Venue: Board Room, KGUMSB
- The scenario/topic for the presentation will be given on the spot
- Time allotment as follows:
- One hour – For preparation of presentation
- 10 minutes – Presentation and Question and Answer Round
- 20 minutes – Viva Voce
- Final calculation of marks (100%) shall be as follows:
- Presentation will be assessed out of 50%
- Viva voce will be assessed out of 30%
- Shortlisting marks will be assessed out of 20%
3. An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection examination and interview if he/she fails to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of verification and the slot will be allotted to the immediate next applicant.
