The Department of Human Resources, Ministry of Labour and Human Resources (MoLHR) is pleased to announce that online application round for the Australia Awards Scholarship for intake 2018 will be open from 1st February 2017 and closed on 30th April 2017 (5:00 PM BST). These Awards are for study at Master’s level in Australia, commencing in January 2018.

Therefore, interested and eligible in-service candidates from Non-civil service sectors (Sectors outside the purview of RCSC) may apply for the Australia Award Scholarship intake 2018. Eligibility criteria

The applicants should fulfil the following criteria:

  1. Should have minimum three years of relevant work experience with the nominating agency/organization at the time of application.
  2. Should have three years relevant work experience and qualification to the course applied.
  3. Should fulfil other criteria’s as specified in Rules and Regulation for HRD Support to non-civil service sectors of MoLHR. 

Documents required to submit for nomination letter from DHR, MoLHR:

  1. Dully filled In-service Training form available at www.molhr.gov.bt  (under download forms of Department of Human Resources).
  2. Attested academic transcripts and mark sheet (degree only).
  3. Nominating letter from the agency/organization verified and signed by HRO and CEO of the nomination organization/agency.
  4. Appointment letter from the nominating agency.
  5. Copy of CID.
  6. Copy of Valid Security Clearance (online approved copy).
  7. Audit clearance (Private and NGO’s from nominating agency and Corporate sectors from Royal Audit Authority).
  8. Additional information required from Private sectors
    1. Valid Business license copy
    2. Income statement for last three years
    3. Salary slip (Bank transaction for last three years)

Nomination letter for Australia Award Scholarship will be provided in accordance to submission of above required documents and as per the Rules and Regulation for HRD Support to non-civil service sector of the MOLHR from 1st February 2015 – 30th April 2015. Failing to submit any of the above required documents will be directly rejected and any applicants applied without nomination letter from MoLHR will not be eligible for Australia Award Scholarship and application will be rejected.
