The applicants mentioned above should report to KGUMSB with the following documents, for the purpose of verification of the documents:

  1. Original academic transcripts and certificates
  2. Valid Security Clearance Certificate
  3. Valid Audit Clearance Certificate.

Those who are not eligible for Audit Clearance need to submit a No Due Certificate/ Letter signed by the Head of the Agency if employed.

  • Citizenship Identity Card – Original
  • No Objection Certificate(NOC) from the employer, if employed, and NOC from the concerned ministry (for civil servants)
  • If employed, documentary evidence of the current position level.
  1. The selection process will be as per the following schedule:
  1. Verification of Original Documents (All the  posts Sl No. 1 to 5)
  2. Time: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM
  3. Venue: HR Office, KGUMSB
  4. Date: 2nd October 2023

b) (i) Written Exam (For Sl. 1 to 4 Faculty position)

  • Time: 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM
  • Venue: Conference Hall, KGUMSB
  • Date:2nd October 2023
  • Written Examination will be assessed out of 100 marks 
  • The result for the written examination will be uploaded in the KGUMSB website (www.kgumsb.edu.bt) by 1:00 PM on the same day
  • An applicant must secure a minimum of 60% in written examination to qualify for the viva voce.
  • Viva Voce

For all the positions Sl 1 to 4 if qualified for Viva Voce

  • Time: 2:00 PM onwards
  • Venue: Conference Hall, KGUMSB
  • Date: 2nd October 2023
  • Viva voce will be assessed out of 100 marks
  • Final calculation of marks (100%):
  • Written Exam will be assessed out of 50%  
  • Viva voce will be assessed out of 30%
  • Shortlisting marks will be assessed out of 20%

E. Presentation and Viva Voce for (SL No. 5 Project Coordinator)

  • Preparation of presentation (Venue: Conference hall, KGUMSB, Time: 10:30 A.M to 11:30 AM
  • Date:2nd October 2023
  • Presentation will be assessed out of 40%
  • Viva voce will be assessed out of 40 %
  • The scenario/topic will be given on the spot
  • Time allotment as follows:
  • One hour – For the preparation of the presentation
  • 10 minutes – Presentation
  • 25 minutes – Question and Answer Round (Viva Voce included)
  • Viva Voce (Venue: KGUMSB Board Room, Time:11:45 A.M onwards 
  • Date:   2nd October 2023
  • 20% will be added to shortlisted marks.

An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection examination and interview if he/she fails to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of verification and the slot will be allotted to the immediate next applicant.
