On April 2, 2025, a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed among Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB), the National Statistical Bureau (NSB), and the Government Technology (GovTech) Agency to formalize the sharing of university student and employee data.
The data shared by KGUMSB will be managed by the GovTech Agency and will be accessed by the NSB through the National Statistical Database System. This will help disseminate education sector statistics and information to the public.
