KGUMSB would like to remind all Class 12 applicants for the 2025 intake to ensure that both their own and their guardianβs contact details are kept up to date.
The university will first contact students directly to confirm their selection based on merit and course preference. If you are unreachable, we will then contact your guardian. Therefore, please ensure you have clearly discussed your preferences with them in advance.
If neither you nor your guardian responds to the confirmation call, the opportunity will be offered to the next eligible candidate. Please note that the university cannot be held responsible for missed calls due to incorrect or inaccessible contact information.
