Commemorating the 116th National Day, Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan inaugurated the royal portrait on 17th December, 2023. The colored royal portrait contains images of the Royal Monarchs.
The royal portrait is placed at the entrance visible to all the visitors entering the University campus to pay tribute and respect to the visionary monarchs for endowing the peace, prosperity and happiness of the people in Bhutan.
Presided by the Hospital Lam, the inaugural was attended by Registrar, Deans, Directors and staff of the Office of the President and Faculties under the KGUMSB.
