The Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB) is pleased to notify that Dr. Tashi Tobgay, bearing CID No: 11606000283 has been shortlisted for the post of Registrar.
- The applicant mentioned above should report to KGUMSB Secretariat with the following documents, for the purpose of verification of the documents:
- Original academic transcripts and certificates
- Security Clearance Certificate
- Citizenship Identity Card- Original
- No Objection Certificate(NOC) from the employer if employed and NOC from the concerned ministry (for civil servants)
- If employed, documentary evidence of the current position level.
- The Selection process will be as per the following schedule:

- Venue: KGUMSB Board Room
- Date: 16th June 2017
- Presentation
- Time: 11 A.M onwards
- Venue: KGUMSB Board Room
- Date: 16th June 2017
- The scenario/topic will be given on the spot
- Time allotment as follows:
- One hour – For preparation of presentation
- 10 minutes – Presentation
- 30 minutes – Question and Answer Round (Viva Voce included)
- An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection examination and interview if he/she fails to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of verification.
