Shortlisted Candidates for the Post of Registrar

The Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB) is pleased to notify the shortlisted applicants for the selection interview as follows:

Note:

  1. The Position Level shall be fixed as per the vacancy announced.
  2.  Shortlisting rank is  based on the alphabetical order of the names and not based on shortlisting marks
  3. The applicants mentioned above should report to KGUMSB Board Room with the following documents, for the purpose of verification of the documents:
  • Original academic transcripts and certificates
  • Security Clearance Certificate
  • Citizenship Identity Card – Original
  • No Objection Certificate(NOC) from the employer if employed and NOC from the concerned ministry (for civil servants) issued after the date of vacancy announced 
  • If employed, documentary evidence of the current position level.

The Selection process will be as per the following schedule:

a. Verification of Original Document.

  • Time:     9:00 A.M – 9:30 A.M
  • Venue:  KGUMSB Board Room
  • Date:    August 2, 2023

b. Presentation and Viva Voce

  • Preparation of presentation (Venue: Conference hall, KGUMSB)
  • Time: 9:40 A.M to 10:40 AM
  • Date: August 2, 2023
  • Presentation will be assessed out of 40%
  • Viva voce will be assessed out of     40 %
  • The scenario/topic will be given on the spot
  • Time allotment as follows:
  • One hour – For the preparation of the presentation
  • 10 minutes – Presentation
  • 25 minutes – Question and Answer Round (Viva Voce included)
  • Viva Voce (Venue: KGUMSB Board Room)
  • Time:11:00 A.M onwards 
  • Date:  August 2, 2023
  • 20% will be added from shortlisted marks.
  • An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection interview if

      He/she fails to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of Verification  

  • An applicant must secure a Minimum of  50% in the final score compilation to qualify for the post
