Note:

  1. The Position Level shall be fixed as per the vacancy announced.
  2. Shortlisting rank is  based on the alphabetical order of the names and not based on shortlisting marks
  3. The applicants mentioned above should report to KGUMSB Board Room with the following documents, for the purpose of verification of the documents:       
  4. Original academic transcripts and certificates
  5. Security Clearance Certificate
  6. Citizenship Identity Card – Original
  7. No Objection Certificate(NOC) from the employer if employed and NOC from the concerned ministry (for civil servants) issued after the date of vacancy announced(i.e. 31st May 2023 for Sl. 1 & 3 and 22nd May 2023 for Sl.No 2
  8. If employed, documentary evidence of the current position level.

The Selection process will be as per the following schedule:

  1. Verification of Original Document.
    • Time: 9.30 A.M – 11:30 A.M
    • Venue: KGUMSB Board Room
    • Date: 4 th July 2023
  1. Presentation and Viva Voce for (All the Post)
  • Preparation of presentation (Venue: Conference hall, KGUMSB, Time: 9: 30 A.M to 10:30 AM
  • Date: 5th July 2023
  • Presentation will be assessed out of 40%
  • Viva voce will be assessed out of 40 %
  • The scenario/topic will be given on the spot
  • Time allotment as follows:
  • One hour – For the preparation of the presentation
  • 10 minutes – Presentation
  • 25 minutes – Question and Answer Round (Viva Voce included)
  • Viva Voce (Venue: KGUMSB Board Room, Time:11:00 A.M onwards
  • Date: 5th July 20239.
  • 20% will be added from shortlisted marks.
  • An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection interview if He/she fails to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of  Verification.
  • An applicant must secure a Minimum of 60% for Sl.No 2 and a Minimum of 50%  For Sl.No 1 & 3 in the final Score compilation to qualify for the Post
