The Ministry of Health in collaboration with Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB) and World Health Organisation has launched an online course for the Health Workers called “Service with Care and Compassion (SCC)” today on the 16th Of March 2021. MoH will introduce this comprehensive service in a progressive manner to improve the competency of our health workers and to motivate them through a mix of online and onsite courses. These care approaches will ultimately improve the quality of life for people suffering from Noncommunicable Diseases (NCDs) as well as help in the early detection of NCD risk factors.
