Today, Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan signed the Record of Discussion for Technical Cooperation Project (TCP) between Japan International Cooperation Agency and Gross National Happiness Commission on 3rd August 2020 at the KGUMSB, Conference Hall.
