Addendum : Clarification on the Position Level of the Controller of Examinations

This addendum is issued to formally clarify and rectify the position level specified for the post of Controller of Examinations at the University. The position level was inadvertently indicated as EX III in the vacancy announcement vide Reference No. KGUMSB/HR/06/2026/515 dated 8 October 2026(https://www.kgumsb.edu.bt/?p=242747).
Accordingly, the position level for the post of Controller of Examinations is hereby ratified as ES III.
This correction is intended to ensure that the designated position level appropriately reflects the responsibilities and requirements of the post and is consistent with the applicable institutional framework.
All applicants are hereby requested to take note of this revision.
