The Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB) is pleased to notify the shortlisted candidate for the In-house scholarship (Fully Funded) by the Faculty of Nursing and Public Health, KGUMSB to pursue Bachelor’s in Nursing and Midwifery and Masters in Midwifery.

Note:  

The candidate mentioned above should report to HR Division, Office of the President, Taba Campus, with the following documents for verification.

a.     Original academic transcripts and certificates

b.     Original Citizenship Identity Card

c.     No Objection Certificate(NOC) from the respective HRC

1.     The selection process will be as per the following schedule:

a.     Verification of Original Documents

·       Time: 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM

·       Venue: OOP, KGUMSB 

·       Date: 30th April 2026

b.     Written Examination 

·       Time: 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM 

·       Venue: OOP, KGUMSB

·       Date:   30th April, 2026

·   Written Examination will be assessed out of 100 marks as an entrance exam to qualify for the scholarship program

·       The candidate must secure a minimum of 60% in written examination to qualify for the viva voce.

c.     Viva Voce

·        Time: 2:00 PM Onwards (Only if the candidate qualifies after the written exam) 

·        Venue: OOP, KGUMSB

·        Date: 30th April 2026

–         Viva Voce: 15-20 minutes

· The candidate must secure a minimum of 60% in Final Compilation Marks irrespective of being a lone candidate 

The candidate shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection interview if failed to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of verification.
