Note: 

1. The candidates will have 10 days’ period w.e.f. the date of notification of the result for appeals related to the selection interview.

2. A selected candidate is asked to report to the HR Division, Office of the President, KGUMSB with a set of drug test kits for a drug test on 16th April 2026. If the selected candidate fails to report, the position shall be offered to the next standby candidate.

3. If a candidate is unable to report on the mentioned date, the candidate must inform the HR Division in advance via email jobs@kgumsb.edu.bt. Further instruction will be provided on the same day.
