Note:
- The candidates will have 10 days’ period w.e.f. the date of notification of the result for appeals related to the selection examination/viva voce.
- Selected candidates are asked to report to the HR Division, Office of the President, KGUMSB, and submit drug test report on 30th January 2026. If the selected candidate fails to produce the report, the position shall be offered to the next standby candidate.
- If a candidate is unable to report on the mentioned date, candidate must inform the HR Division in advance via email at jobs@kgumsb.edu.bt. Further instructions will be provided on the same day.
- The appointment for the positions shall be with effect from 1st February 2026.
