The 26th Academic Board (AB) Meeting of the University was held on May 9, 2025, at the KGUMSB Boardroom, chaired by the Officiating President. The meeting was attended by members representing the university management, teaching hospitals, and student representatives. Convened biannually in accordance with the University Act, the Academic Board is the highest decision-making body for academic matters.
The board discussed and made key decisions on enhancing the quality and effectiveness of teaching and learning, approval of validated curricula, and strengthening mechanisms for quality assurance and improvement. It reaffirmed its commitment to setting academic standards aligned with international benchmarks.
