The Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB) is pleased to notify the shortlisted applicants for scholarship (Fully Funded) at the Royal Institute of Management (RIM) affiliated to the University of Canberra, Australia as follows:

The shortlisted candidates have been screened based on the criteria specified in the CoS-2018.

Note:
The applicants mentioned above should report to HR Section – Office of the President with the following documents, for the purpose of verification of the documents:

a. Original academic transcripts and certificates
b. Security Clearance Certificate
c. Audit Clearance Certificate
d. Citizenship Identity Card – Original
e. No Objection Certificate(NOC) from the respective HRCs

1. The selection process will be as per the following schedule:
   a. Verification of Original Documents
    Time: 2:00 PM
    Venue: Board Room, KGUMSB
    Date: 24th December 2024
   b. Presentation and Viva Voce
    Time: 2:30 PM Onwards
    Venue: Board Room, KGUMSB
    Date: 24th December 2024

The candidates will be assessed (100%) based on the markings and criteria as specified in the Annexure 4/4 as per the CoS – 2018. However, the candidates are required to score 60% to secure the scholarship. The final confirmation of the scholarship will depend on RIM and University of Canberra.
