The Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB) is pleased to notify the list of short-listed applicant for the selection interview, as follows:

1. Dr. Shekhar Kumar Yadav – Associate Professor (Anatomy)

1. The selection process will be as per the following schedule:

1. Presentation 
   1. Presentation Preparation
      • Date: 20^th February 2024 
      • Time: 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM (Bhutan Standard Time)
      • Venue: Online via Zoom
        • Further details on presentation and viva voce will be communicated through email to the candidate. The question for Presentation will be send to the candidate via email 10 minutes before the preparation of presentation. 
      • Presentation will be assessed out of 50 marks 
   2. Presentation and Viva Voce
      • Time:4:00 PM to 4:30 PM (Bhutan Standard Time)
      • Venue: Online via Zoom
      • Time allotment as follows: 
      • One hour – For preparation of presentation 
      • 10 minutes – Presentation 
      • 20 minutes – Question and Answer Round (Viva Voce included)
      • Viva voce will be assessed out of 100 marks 
   3. Final calculation of marks for all (100%):
      • Presentation will be assessed out of 50%  
      • Viva voce will be assessed out of 30%
      • Shortlisting marks will be assessed out of 20%
2. An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection examination and interview if he/she fails to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of verification and the slot will be allotted to the immediate next applicant.
