The Bhutan Health Journal under the aegis of Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB) is pleased to announce vacant post of Editors as follows.

Vacant National Editors positions:  5 editor positions  

Applicants for Editors must fulfill following criteria:

1. PhD/MD/MS or Masters in Health Sciences (Human)
2. Basic Bio-research methodology certificate
3. Author and reviewer’s training certificate
4. Trained in medical journal editorship- Certificate
5. Al least one original research publication as PI or two publications as Co-PI.
6. Active commitment reviewing the manuscripts and attending editorial board activities.

Interested applicant for both positions who meet the eligibility criteria may apply along with:

1. Latest curriculum vitae
2. Highest degree transcript and mark sheet
3. Citizenship Identity Card copy
4. One recent passport size photograph

***Note:

1. All the BHJ members are selected in their personal capacities, based on their interest, research and/or scientific knowledge and expertise, as well as on their commitment and willingness to volunteer the necessary time and effort for the BHJ’s work.
2. The selected candidate will not have any sorts of monetary benefits.
3. The Editors’ tenure shall be for five years with an option to extend further depending on the performance and willingness to continue.
4. Editors must commit their time and effort at all times
