The applicants mentioned above should report to KGUMSB with the following documents, for the purpose of verification of the documents:

1. Original academic transcripts and certificates
2. Valid Security Clearance Certificate
3. Valid Audit Clearance Certificate 
   • For those who are not eligible for Audit Clearance, need to submit No Due Certificate/ Letter signed by the Head of the Agency, if employed.
4. Citizenship Identity Card – Original
5. No Objection Certificate(NOC) from the employer, if employed and NOC from the concerned ministry (for civil servants)
6. If employed, documentary evidence of the current position level.

The selection process will be as per the following schedule:

1. Verification of Original Documents 

1. For Assistant Program Officer, Administrative Assistant III and Assistant Laboratory Technician I 
   • Time: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM
   • Venue: Conference Hall, KGUMSB 
   • Date: 25^th December 2023 
2. For ICT Technical Associate III, Accounts Assistant I and Library Assistant III 
   • Time: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM
   • Venue: Conference Hall, KGUMSB 
   • Date: 26^th December 2023

b. Presentation 

• The scenario/topic will be given on the spot
• Time allotment as follows: 
  • One hour – For preparation of presentation 
  • 10 minutes – Presentation 
  • 10 minutes – Question and Answer Round (Viva Voce included)

1. For Assistant Program Officer, Administrative Assistant III and Assistant Laboratory Technician I 
   • Time: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM
   • Venue: Conference Hall, KGUMSB 
   • Date: 25^th December 2023 
2. For ICT Technical Associate III, Accounts Assistant I and Library Assistant III 
   • Time: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM
   • Venue: Conference Hall, KGUMSB 
   • Date: 26^th December 2023

c. Viva Voce

Viva voce will be assessed out of 100 marks 

1. For Assistant Program Officer, Administrative Assistant III and Assistant Laboratory Technician I 
   • Time: 11:00 AM Onwards
   • Venue: Board Room, KGUMSB 
   • Date: 25^th December 2023 
2. For ICT Technical Associate III, Accounts Assistant I and Library Assistant III 
   • Time: 11:00 AM Onwards
   • Venue: Board Room, KGUMSB 
   • Date: 26^th December 2023

d. Final calculation of marks for all (100%):

• Presentation will be assessed out of 50%  
• Viva voce will be assessed out of 30%
• Shortlisting marks will be assessed out of 20%

An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection examination and interview if he/she fails to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of verification and the slot will be allotted to the immediate next applicant.
