Established in 2015 under the Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB), it serves as a vital platform for clinicians, researchers, and health professionals to exchange knowledge and improve health outcomes both locally and globally.
Aims and Scope
The main aim of this Journal is to improve the health sciences in Bhutan by providing a platform for Clinicians, Academicians, Researchers, and Health Professionals to share their research and academic work, ideas and experiences.
The BHJ promotes excellence in health sciences by publishing original research and academic work across a wide range of disciplines, including Clinical, Para-Clinical, Medical Education, Nursing and Midwifery, Traditional Medicine, Public Health, Health Policy, Planning and Financing, Hospital and Health Care Management, Research and Publication Ethics as well as perspectives from various fields of health and social sciences to improve health in Bhutan and contribute to global exchange of knowledge.
