Information to the KGUMSB graduates for Convocation
All Graduates are welcome to 1st KGUMSB Convocation Ceremony 2019.
Information:
1.Graduates shall pay the security deposit of Nu.1500 and collect the academic dress based on their specific category
2. Nu.300 will be deducted as convocation fee.
3. Nu.1200 will be refunded after returning the complete set of academic dress code
4.Graduates shall gather at the RIM convocation hall on 23rd April 2019 at 2:00 PM sharp for practice with academic dress code
5.Graduates shall gather at the same venue for rehearsal on 24thApril 2019 at 9:00 am sharp with academic dress code
6.On 25th April all graduates shall report to the convocation Hall at 8:00 am for main convocation ceremony

The following graduates are confirmed for the University’s First Convocation on 25th April, 2019. Therefore, we welcome all the confirmed graduates for our convocation.
Graduates are requested to report on 23rd April, 2019 at 9:00 AM at Office of the President, KGUMSB for issuance of academic dress and other activities. There will be rehearsal of the program on 24th April, 2019.
Graduates are reminded to bring Nu.1500 as security deposit from which Nu. 1200 will be refunded after returning the academic dress to the University.
