Notification

The Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB) is pleased to notify the list of short listed applicants for the selection interview, as follows:

Note:

The applicants mentioned above should report to Board Room, KGUMSB with the following documents, for the purpose of verification of the documents:

  1. Original academic transcripts and certificates
  2. Security Clearance Certificate
  3. Audit Clearance Certificate
  4. Citizenship Identity Card – Original
  5. No Objection Certificate(NOC) from the employer, if employed and NOC from the concerned ministry (for civil servants)
  6. If employed, documentary evidence of the current position level.

    1. The Selection process will be as per the following schedule:

          a. Verification of Original Documents

  • Time: 9.00 A.M – 9:30 A.M
  • Venue: Board Room, KGUMSB
  • Date: 18th December 2018

    b. Presentation Preparation

              Time: 9:30 AM to 10 30 AM

        c. Presentation and Viva Voce

  • Time: 10.30 A.M onwards
  • Venue: Board Room, KGUMSB
  • Date: 18th December 2018

    – The scenario/topic for the presentation will be given on the spot
    – Presentation shall include 5 slides only
    – Time allotment as follows:

  • One hour – For preparation of presentation
  • 15 minutes – Presentation and Question and Answer Round
  • 15 minutes – Viva Voce

    Final calculation of marks (100) shall be as follows:

  • Presentation will be assessed out of 40
  • Viva voce will be assessed out of 40
  • Shortlisting marks will be assessed out of 20
  1. An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection examination and interview if he/she fails to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of verification and the slot will be allotted to the immediate next applicant.
