Note: 

1. The applicant has 10 days period w.e.f. the date of notification of the result for appeals related to the selection interview. 

2. The faculties will have to join the University on 1st April 2026. One time flight tickets for the selected candidates from the country of origin to Bhutan and to the country of Origin from Bhutan will be provided by KGUMSB but the visa fee will have to be borne by the applicant. 

3. The faculties will have to sign under taking form during the time of joining the University. A draft of the same will be emailed to the candidates for reference. 

4. If the selected candidate fails to join the University, the post will be considered as cancelled.
