The Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB) is pleased to
notify the list of shortlisted candidates for the selection interview, as follows:

- Since there is no applicant for the post of Assistant Project Coordinator for the Moderna Project, the standby candidate of Assistant Research Officer will be given preference for the position, provided he/she is interested. This is in accordance with the directive of the 211 th UHRC meeting held on 10 th March 2026.
- CID number are placed on random order and not based on ranking
The applicants mentioned above should report to OOP, KGUMSB, Taba with the following documents, for the purpose of verification of the documents:
a. Original academic transcripts and certificates
b. Security Clearance Certificate
c. Audit Clearance Certificate. For those who are not eligible for Audit Clearance, to submit No Due Certificate/ Letter signed by the Head of the Agency.
d. Citizenship Identity Card – Original e. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer, if employed – Original
The Selection process will be as per the following schedule:
1. Verification of Original Documents
● Time: 9.00 A.M to 9:45 A.M
● Venue: Director’s Common Room, OOP, KGUMSB
● Date: 16th March 2026
2. Presentation Preparation
● Time: 10: 00 A.M to 11: 00 A.M
● Venue: Director’s Common Room, OOP, KGUMSB
● Date: 16 th March 2026
- The scenario/topic will be given on the spot
- Presentation be of 5 slides
3. Viva Voice
● Time: 11:00 A.M onwards
● Venue: Director’s Common Room, OOP, KGUMSB
● Date: 16 th March 2026
● 10 minutes – Presentation
● 15 minutes – Question and Answer Round (Viva Voce included)
4. Final calculation of marks (100%)
● Presentation will be assessed out of 50%
● Viva voce will be assessed out of 30%
● Shortlisting marks will be assessed out of 20%
An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection interview if he/she fails to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of verification.
