The Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB) is pleased to notify the list of short listed applicants for the selection examination and interview, as follows:
Note: CID number are placed on random order and not based on ranking
The applicants mentioned above should report to Conference Hall, FNPH with the following documents, for the purpose of verification of the documents:
- Original academic transcripts and certificates
- Security Clearance Certificate
- Audit Clearance Certificate. For those who are not eligible for Audit Clearance, need to submit No Due Certificate/ Letter signed by the Head of the Agency
- Citizenship Identity Card – Original
- No Objection Certificate(NOC) from the employer, if employed
- Documentary evidence of the current position level
The Selection process will be as per the following schedule:
a. Verification of Original Documents (For all the posts)
- Time: 9.00 A.M – 9:45 A.M
- Venue: Conference Hall, FNPH
- Date: 27th November 2025
b. Written Exam
- Time: 10: 00 A.M to 12: 00 P.M
- Venue: Conference Hall, FNPH
- Date: 27th November 2025
- Written Examination will be assessed out of 100 marks
- The result for written examination will be uploaded in the KGUMSB website (www.kgumsb.edu.bt) on or before 2PM on the same day
- An applicant must secure a minimum of 60% in written examination to qualify for the viva voce.
c. Viva Voce (If qualified for the Viva Voce)
- Time: 2:00 P.M onwards
- Venue: Conference Hall, FNPH
- Date: 27th November 2025
- Viva voce will be assessed out of 100 marks
d. The final score will be calculated based on the following weightage
- Written Exam: 50%
- Viva voce: 30%
- Shortlisting marks: 20%
An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection examination and interview if he/she fails to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of verification.
