The Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB) is pleased to notify the shortlisted applicants for the selection interview as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2.  Shortlisting rank is  based on the alphabetical order of the names and not based on shortlisting marks<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The applicants mentioned above should report to KGUMSB Board Room with the following documents, for the purpose of verification of the documents:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    • Original academic transcripts and certificates<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Security Clearance Certificate<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Citizenship Identity Card \u2013 Original<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • No Objection Certificate(NOC) from the employer if employed and NOC from the concerned ministry (for civil servants) issued after the date of vacancy announced <\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • If employed, documentary evidence of the current position level.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        b.<\/strong> <\/strong>Presentation and Viva Voce<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Preparation of presentation (Venue: Conference hall, KGUMSB) <\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Time: 9:40 A.M to 10:40 <\/em>AM<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Date: August 2, 2023<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Presentation will be assessed out of 40%<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Viva voce will be assessed out of     40 %<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The scenario\/topic will be given on the spot<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Time allotment as follows:<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • One hour \u2013 For the preparation of the presentation<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • 10 minutes \u2013 Presentation<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • 25 minutes \u2013 Question and Answer Round (Viva Voce included)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Viva Voce (Venue: KGUMSB Board Room)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Time:11:00 A.M onwards\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Date:  August 2, 2023<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          • 20% will be added from shortlisted marks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection interview if<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
