Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked as\u00a0\u201cAir Ticket Quotation<\/strong>\u201d addressed to the\u00a0Procurement Officer, KGUMSB, Thimphu latest by July 20, 2022<\/strong>, before 11: Am and\u00a0will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. If the flight or seat is not available on the above dates and sectors, you can quote earlier for an earlier date.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. The purchaser reserves the right to\u00a0reject a bid or all the bids\u00a0if it is\u00a0found non-feasible\u00a0or if we lack the capacity to bear the cost resulting from your early or late quoted dates.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. The rate should be quoted as per the sector given above and will be selected for the\u00a0most economical and direct route.\u00a0Evaluation will be done sector-wise based on the most economical and direct route.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Airline and seats must be confirmed while submitting the bids and submit the confirmed itinerary<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. The validation of fares and availability of seats should be as per the details mentioned above.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. The quoted rate should be inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. The successful bidder should submit a copy of the air ticket along with their invoices for payment.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Unconditional bids like an increase in fares or changes of the airline at the time of travel are not accepted.<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. Tender documents should contain a\u00a0copy <\/strong>of a valid trade license\u00a0<\/strong>issued by MoEA.<\/span><\/li>\n
  11. In case the lowest evaluated bidder withdraws his\/her bid then the second lowest bidder shall be asked to purchase and issue ticket(s) and the difference for fare shall be borne by the lowest evaluated bidder.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  12. The purchaser reserves the right to reject the bid(s) if it is found not responsive to our terms and conditions, and the decision of the tender committee will be final and binding.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
