They were promoted after fulfilling all the required criteria as per the Condition of Services \u2013 2018 and was recognized for their dedicated service and loyalty to the University and Tsa-Wa-Sum. The ceremony was marked by offering of Tashi Khaddar and awarding the promotion orders to the recipients.
