\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Request for Expressions of Interest<\/b><\/p>\n

The Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB) has been granted a \u201cTechnical Cooperation Project on Strengthening Medical Education in Bhutan\u201d from JICA. With support from this JICA-TCP project, KGUMSB will be procuring the following goods and services:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Supply and Installation of ICT equipment\u00a0 (<\/span>Click for list of equipment<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/a>)<\/b><\/li>\n
  2. Supply and Installation of Lab equipment (<\/span>Click for list of Equipment<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/a>)<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Supply and Installation of Simulation and Medical Equipment (<\/span>Click for list of Equipment<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/a>)<\/b><\/li>\n
  4. Development of Software Module for Student Admission System (<\/span>Click for the features to be developed<\/b><\/span><\/a><\/em>)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The University invites interested and authorized dealers to indicate their Expression of Interest (EOI) for the supply and installation of goods, and services for the software development as specified above.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    The goods and services will be procured directly by JICA Office Bhutan. As per the JICA\u2019s existing norms, the interested suppliers or business entities are requested to submit duly filled <\/span>Preliminary BoQ with Reference Price. <\/b>Based on this Reference Price, JICA Office Bhutan will seek approval from JICA HQ of Tokyo. Once approved, JICA Office Bhutan will then invite tender for the <\/span>Final Bidding Price<\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Authorized suppliers or business entities are requested to submit “Expression of Interest”\u00a0 in a sealed envelope clearly superscripted as \u201cExpression of Interest\u201d for any of the four goods and services listed above and addressed to the <\/span>Chief Representative, JICA Bhutan Office<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The tender document can be submitted to the Procurement Officer of the Office of President of KGUMSB on or before 11:AM on 22nd July 2021. The EoIs would be forwarded to the JICA Office of Bhutan.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
