        • Presentation will be assessed out of 50 marks\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The scenario\/topic will be given on the spot<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Presentation for 10 minutes and shall include 5 slides only<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Interview (Viva Voce)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • 10 minutes – Presentation<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • 15 to 20 minutes \u2013 Question and Answer (Viva Voce included), to continue right after the presentation<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Final calculation of marks (100)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Presentation will be assessed out of 50%<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Viva voce will be assessed out of 30%<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Shortlisting marks will be assessed out of 20%<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              The candidate is required to score a minimum of 60% in the final calculation of marks to qualify for the position. An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection interview if he\/she fails to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of verification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
