              – Presentation will be assessed out of 50 marks\u00a0<\/em>
              – The scenario\/topic will be given on the spot<\/em>
              – Presentation for 10 minutes and shall include 5 slides only<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              1. Interview (Viva Voce)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                • 10 minutes Presentation<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • 15 – 20 minutes – Question and Answer (Viva Voce included), to continue right after presentation<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  1. Final calculation of marks (100)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    • Presentation will be assessed out of 50%<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Viva voce will be assessed out of 30%<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Shortlisting marks will be assessed out of 20%<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                      An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection interview if he\/she fails to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of verification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
