The Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB), in collaboration with the Thai Lifestyle Medicine and Wellbeing Association (TLWA) in Bangkok, Thailand, will host the 1st<\/sup> Bhutan\u2013Thai International Conference on Lifestyle Medicine and Mindfulness<\/em> from 5th\u20136th June 2026 at the Auditorium Hall, Faculty of Nursing and Public Health, Thimphu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference will be graced by Her Majesty the Queen Mother, <\/strong>Ashi Dorji Wangmo Wangchuck whose presence will add profound significance to this historic event. Her Majesty\u2019s gracious support reflects Bhutan\u2019s unwavering commitment to the promotion of health, well-being, mindfulness, and compassionate care for humanity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This landmark international conference will provide a platform for global experts, healthcare professionals, researchers, educators, and wellness advocates to exchange knowledge, experiences, and innovations in the fields of lifestyle medicine, mindfulness, and holistic health.
