  • A copy of a valid Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a competent Medical Doctor<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • A copy of valid Security Clearance Certificate\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • A copy of valid Citizenship Identity Card (Both sides)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • A copy of valid Audit Clearance Certificate, if employed<\/li>\n\n\n\n

  • One recent passport-size photograph<\/li>\n\n\n\n
