<\/span><\/p>

Course Name<\/strong>: Masters in Midwifery\u00a0<\/p>

Course Date<\/strong>: 1st August 2026 to 31st July 2028\u00a0<\/p>

Training Institute<\/strong>: Faculty of Nursing and Public Health, KGUMSB.\u00a0<\/p>

Place<\/strong>: KGUMSB, Thimphu, Bhutan\u00a0<\/p>

Funding Modalities<\/strong>: \u00a0a.<\/strong> Tuition fee waiver \u00a0 b.<\/strong> Study leave with pay \u00a0c.<\/strong> Stipend and book allowances as per financial rules<\/p>

Funding Agency<\/strong>: Faculty of Nursing and Public Health (FNPH)\u00a0<\/p>

Mode of Study<\/strong>: Mixed Mode\u00a0<\/p>

This is ONLY for the full-time faculty members of Faculty of Nursing and Public Health (FNPH), KGUMSB<\/strong>. The terms and conditions stated under Long Term Training in the Condition of Services \u2013 2025 shall be followed.\u00a0


<\/strong><\/p>

1.\tEligibility<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>

Employee shall be eligible for long term training, if he\/she:\u00a0<\/p>

1.\tIs a Bhutanese citizen;\u00a0<\/p>

2.\tIs a Regular employee of the University;\u00a0<\/p>

3.\tIs less than or equal to 50 years of age at the point of application;\u00a0<\/p>

4.\tRelevant to the current position of work;\u00a0<\/p>


<\/strong><\/p>

2.\tDisqualification\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

An employee shall not be eligible for long-term training when:\u00a0<\/p>

a.\tHis\/Her scholarship granted previously was terminated by the university\/institutes\/granter for violation of training and\/or other related rules and regulations;\u00a0<\/p>

b.\tHe\/She has been nominated\/short-listed for another training program, pending the declaration of result;\u00a0<\/p>

c.\tNot directly relevant to the current post\/profession;\u00a0<\/p>

d.\tTraining program was previously discontinued due to reasons within his\/her control;\u00a0<\/p>

e.\tAn employee is on contract, EOL and Secondment;\u00a0<\/p>

f.\tPursuing more than one LTT of the same level\/degree;\u00a0<\/p>

g.\tHe\/She fails the drug test;\u00a0<\/p>

h.\tHe\/She has not completed the training gap requirement after availing STT\/LTT;\u00a0<\/p>

i.\tAdverse record or convicted by court of law for criminal offences.\u00a0<\/p>


<\/p>

Interested applicants from FNPH, KGUMSB may kindly submit the following documents to the HR Division \u2013 Office of the President, by 7th April 2026 (5PM) along with the following documents:\u00a0<\/p>

1.\tInservice Training Form (As per the CoS \u2013 2025)\u00a0<\/p>

2.\tA copy of Class XII and Degree Certificates and Transcripts\u00a0<\/p>

3.\tCV (Contact Details, Detailed information about the qualification history, service history and training details)\u00a0<\/p>

4.\tPerformance Rating<\/p>

5.\tRecommendation Letter from the Head of the Faculty\/Office\u00a0<\/p>

6. A copy of valid Security Clearance Certificate\u00a0<\/p>

7. A copy valid Audit Clearance Certificate<\/p>

8. A copy of valid Citizenship Identity Card (both sides)\u00a0<\/p>

9. A copy of valid Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a competent RGoB medical doctor\u00a0<\/p>

The candidates will be screened by KGUMSB and only 2 eligible candidates will be selected to pursue the Masters in Midwifery.
