Students who completed Class 12 in the year immediately preceding admission (e.g., graduated in 2025 for the 2026 intake).<\/p><\/span>\n\n\nFormer Class 12 Students<\/strong>: 

Applicants who completed Class 12 in previous years and are seeking admission for the current intake (e.g., those who graduated in 2024, 2023, 2022, etc., for the 2026 intake).<\/p><\/span>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<\/strong><\/span>Note: <\/strong><\/span>

          This phase is only for Former Class 12 Students and Repeaters using previous marks. Recent class 12 graduates may skip to Phase 2.<\/span><\/p><\/span>

<\/span><\/p>\n\n1. Monitor Announcements<\/strong>: Official registration notices are posted on the KGUMSB Website and our Facebook page, typically in January
\n2. Verify Eligibility<\/strong>: Review the specific criteria in the announcement before proceeding
\n3. Prepare Documents<\/strong>: Have clear, scanned copies of the following ready:
* Class 12 Pass Certificate
* Class 12 Marksheet
* Citizenship Identity Card (CID)
\n4. Register Online<\/strong>: Click Registration Portal<\/strong><\/a> during the specified dates to access the portal
\n5. Confirmation:<\/strong> You will receive an automated email acknowledging your registration
\n6. Verification & Approval:<\/strong> KGUMSB will review your application. You will receive an email notifying you if your registration is Approved<\/em><\/strong> or Rejected<\/em><\/strong>
\n\nCommon Reasons for Rejection:<\/strong><\/span>\n\nIncomplete or fraudulent documentation
\nPrevious selection to a KGUMSB program where the applicant failed to report or withdrew
\nAttempting to register as a “Past Student” while being a “Fresh Student
\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<\/strong><\/span>Note: <\/strong><\/span>

          This phase is for all eligible applicants (Recent class 12 graduates and former Class 12 students whose Registration has been Approved)<\/span><\/p><\/span>\n\n1. Check Vacancies<\/strong>: View the Admission Criteria Page<\/strong><\/a> and related announcement on our website and Facebook page
\n2. Review Options<\/strong>: Note the available programs, slot availability, and specific eligibility requirements for the current year
\n3. Access the Portal<\/strong>: Visit the Admission Portal<\/a><\/strong> during the announced application window
\n4. Secure Login:<\/strong>  Login into portal using following credentials:
* Username: Your 11 Digit CID Number<\/em> 
* Password: Your Date of Birth in YYYY-MM-DD Format<\/em>
\n5. Update Contact Info<\/strong>: Your first task after logging in is to provide accurate contact details.

\n6. Select Programmes<\/strong>: The system will automatically display programs you are eligible for and calculate your provisional ranking based on university subject requirements and ability ratings
\n7. Self-Funding Option<\/strong>: If you wish to be considered for a self-funded slot, please indicate this in the system
\n8. Submit & Track:<\/strong> You will receive an email confirmation upon submission. After the deadline, you can log in to view your provisional ranking and selection status
\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n1. Confirmation<\/strong>: If your ranking falls within the available slots, the Selection Team will contact you to confirm your admission
