– Since there is no applicant for the post of Assistant Project Coordinator for the\nModerna Project, the standby candidate of Assistant Research Officer will be given\npreference for the position, provided he\/she is interested. This is in accordance with\nthe directive of the 211 th UHRC meeting held on 10 th March 2026. <\/span><\/em>

– CID number are placed on random order and not based on ranking<\/em><\/span>

The applicants mentioned above should report to OOP, KGUMSB, Taba with the following\ndocuments, for the purpose of verification of the documents: <\/p>

a. Original academic transcripts and certificates <\/p>

b. Security Clearance Certificate <\/p>

c. Audit Clearance Certificate. For those who are not eligible for Audit Clearance, to\nsubmit No Due Certificate\/ Letter signed by the Head of the Agency. <\/p>

d. Citizenship Identity Card \u2013 Original\ne. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer, if employed \u2013 Original <\/p>

           – The scenario\/topic will be given on the spot <\/em><\/span><\/p>

           – Presentation be of 5 slides <\/em><\/span><\/p>

3. Viva Voice<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>

4. Final calculation of marks (100%) <\/strong><\/p>

\u25cf Presentation will be assessed out of 50% <\/p>

\u25cf Viva voce will be assessed out of 30% <\/p>

\u25cf Shortlisting marks will be assessed out of 20% <\/p>


<\/p>

An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection interview if he\/she fails to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of verification. <\/p>
