The Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB) is pleased to notify the shortlisted candidate for the In-house scholarship (Fully Funded) by the Faculty of Nursing and Public Health, to pursue Master of Science in Clinical Counselling\/ Counselling Psychology\/MA in Counselling\/Master of Counselling. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The shortlisted candidate has been screened based on the criteria specified in the Condition of Services 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The candidate mentioned above should report to HR Division, Office of the President, Taba Campus, with the following documents for verification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Written Examination\u00a0<\/strong>\n

          • Time:\u00a0<\/em>9:30 AM to 11:30 AM\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Venue<\/em>: Conference Hall,\u00a0<\/em>FNPH<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Date:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em>15th<\/sup>\u00a0October 2025<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Written Examination will be assessed out of 100 marks as an entrance exam to qualify for the scholarship program<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • The candidate<\/em>\u00a0must secure a minimum of 60% in written examination\u00a0<\/em>to qualify for the viva voce.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Viva Voce<\/strong>\n

            • Time: 12:30 PM Onwards (Only if the candidate qualifies after the written exam)\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Venue: Conference Hall, FNPH<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Date: 15th<\/sup>\u00a0October 2025<\/em>\n

              • Viva Voce: 30 minutes<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                  \n
                • The candidate will be assessed (100%) based on the markings and criteria as specified in the Annexure 4\/4 as per the CoS 2025.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                    \n
                  • The candidate\u00a0must secure a minimum of 60% in Final Compilation Marks\u00a0irrespective of being a lone candidate\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    The candidate shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection interview if failed to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of verification. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
