She also acknowledged the strong partnership between KGUMSB and Access Health International, highlighting their shared commitment to advancing healthcare management and outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Krishna Reddy, CEO of Access Health International, also delivered an inspiring address, emphasizing the pivotal role of leadership in addressing health challenges. He underscored the importance of evidence-driven strategies in combating NCDs and set the tone for the workshop by calling for greater integration of research and health system frameworks to build effective and sustainable solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training, delivered in two batches, brings together around 70 participants, including KGUMSB executives, JDWNRH HoDs, and members of the TAG and TWG for NCDs. Over the three days, participants will be equipped with knowledge, tools, and leadership skills to make meaningful contributions in their respective roles within the health sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sessions are being led by pioneers and experts from Bhutan and India, including Dr. Krishna Reddy, CEO of AHI; Dr. Sanjiv Kumar, Managing Director and Founding Chair of the 3Domain Health Leadership Foundation and Indian Alliance of Patient Groups; Mr. Girish Bommakanti, Global Director of Operations and Growth at AHI;
