The Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB) is pleased to notify the shortlisted applicant for the In-house scholarship (Fully Funded) by the Faculty of Traditional Medicine, to pursue in country Doctor of Medicine in Acupuncture and Moxibustion <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The shortlisted candidates have been screened based on the criteria specified in the Condition of Services \u2013 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The applicants mentioned above should report to HR Section \u2013 Office of the President with the following documents, for the purpose of verification of the documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Original academic transcripts and certificates<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Citizenship Identity Card<\/em>\u00a0<\/em>\u2013 Original<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. No Objection Certificate(NOC) from the respective HRCs<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        • Written Examination\u00a0<\/strong>\n

          • Time: 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM <\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Venue<\/em>: Board Room, <\/em>KGUMSB <\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Date:   <\/em>7th<\/sup> July 2025<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Written Examination will be assessed out of 100 marks as an entrance exam to qualify for the scholarship program<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • An applicant must secure a minimum of 60% in written examination to qualify for the viva voce.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Viva Voce<\/strong>\n

            • Time: 10:00 AM Onwards<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Venue: Board Room, KGUMSB<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Date: 7th<\/sup>\u00a0July 2025<\/em>\n
                \n
              • Viva Voce: 20 minutes<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • The candidate will be assessed (100%) based on the markings and criteria as specified in the Annexure 4\/4 as per the CoS \u2013 2018.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • An applicant must secure a minimum of 60% in Viva Voce\u00a0irrespective of being a lone candidate\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection interview if he fails to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of verification. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
