The session was chaired by His Excellency Lyonpo Tandin Wangchuk, Minister of Health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The council meeting was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Finance, heads of teaching hospitals, university officials, and student representatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A key highlight of the session was the presentation and discussion of the Organizational Development Exercise (ODE) report, which was conducted by a team comprising officials from the Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC) and representatives from KGUMSB.
