  • Academic transcripts and Course Completion Certificates (Class 12 & 10, Certificate\/Diploma\/Bachelors\/Masters\/MD)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Relevant training certificates to the post (if any)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Valid Security Clearance Certificate copy<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Valid Audit Clearance Certificate copy if employed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • A copy of valid MHPC Registration Certificate for Faculty Positions if required to be involved in Clinical Departments\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • If employed, documentary evidence of the current position level<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • No Objection Certificate from the Employer (If employed)\u00a0after the date of the vacancy announcement<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • A copy of Citizenship Identity Card<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • A copy of the Medical Fitness certificate issued by a competent medical doctor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Merit\/Other certificates (if any)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • One recent passport-size photograph<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • One legal stamp<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Shortlisting preference will be given to the applicants with relevant qualifications\/training and work experience with the production of evidence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Short-listed applicants must produce the original documents during the time of the interview<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Short-listed applicants will be called for a selection interview\/selection examination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • An applicant must secure a minimum of 60% in the written examination to qualify for the next stage of the selection process (For Faculty Positions) and 60% in final marking for lone applicant for any positions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection interview if he\/she has failed to furnish testimonials as required above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The university reserves the right not to select applicants if they do not get appropriate applicants for the post.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Application along with the above-mentioned documents must be submitted to the HR Section, Office of the President, KGUMSB on or before 31st<\/sup> March 2025, 5 PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
