This is in addition to the Scholarship slots announced by RCSC.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Class XII graduates of 2024 (not repeaters) from both within and outside the country meeting the eligibility criteria announced by RCSC are encouraged to\u00a0<strong>apply online via https:\/\/www.citizenservices.gov.bt, follow \u2018KS and UG scholarships (RCSC)\u2019 under \u2018Education &amp; Learning\u2019 and choose the appropriate application form.
