The terms and conditions stated under Long-Term Training in the Condition of Services \u2013 2018 shall be followed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligibility Criteria:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bhutanese citizen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regular employee of the University;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has at least completed the probation period at the time of commencement of course;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is less than or equal to 50 years of age at the time of application;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant of course to the current position of work;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has served equal duration of EOL where the duration of EOL availed is less than 1 year;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has served at least 1 year if the EOL availed is more than 1 year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Disqualification<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An employee shall not be eligible for long-term training when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Scholarship granted previously was terminated by the University\/Institutes\/Granter for violation of training and\/or other related rules and regulations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Has been nominated\/short-listed for another training programme, pending the declaration of result;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Course is not&nbsp;&nbsp;directly relevant to the current post\/profession;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discontinued previously a training program with reasons within his\/her control;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not fulfilled the training gap&nbsp;requirement;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Currently on EOL and Secondment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Interested applicants may\u00a0kindly submit the following documents to the HR Division, Office of the President, by 18<sup>th<\/sup>November 2024 (5PM):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inservice Training Form (As per the CoS \u2013 2018)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A copy of Class XII and Degree Certificates and Transcripts&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CV (Contact Details, detailed information about the qualification history, service history and training details)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Letter of Intent&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>English Language Proficiency Certificate (issued by BCSEA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performance Rating of 3 years as reflected in the Condition of Services \u2013 2018&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recommendation Letter through respective HRCs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Security Clearance Certificate (Valid and copy)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Audit Clearance Certificate (Valid and copy)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A copy of Bhutanese Citizenship Identity Card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A copy of Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a competent RGoB medical doctor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training Certificates, Merit\/Other Certificates (If any)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The selected candidate may have to submit additional documents as per the requirements of University of Canberra, which will be directly communicated to the shortlisted candidates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For further information or clarification please contact Chief HR Officer \u2013 OOP at 17112603.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The final award of Scholarship will depend on the submission of Confirmation of Enrolment from the University of Canberra<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong><em>Sd\/-<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>(Mr. Sonam Dorji)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Offtg.
