The Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB) is pleased to notify the following short-listed applicant for the selection interview, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Presentation Preparation<\/strong>\n

          • Date<\/em><\/strong>:<\/em><\/strong>\u00a07th<\/sup>\u00a0August<\/em>\u00a02024\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Time:<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>2<\/em>:00\u00a0<\/em>P<\/em>M\u00a0<\/em>to 3:00 PM<\/em>\u00a0<\/em>(Bhutan Standard Time)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Venue:<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Online via Zoom<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Further details on presentation and viva voce will be communicated through email to the candidate. The question for Presentation will be send to the candidate via email 10 minutes before the preparation of presentation.\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Presentation will be assessed out of 50 marks\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Presentation and Viva Voce<\/strong>\n
              \n
            • Time:\u00a0<\/em>3:00<\/em>\u00a0<\/em>P<\/em>M\u00a0<\/em>to 3:30 PM<\/em>\u00a0<\/em>(Bhutan Standard Time)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Venue:<\/em>\u00a0Online via Zoom<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Time allotment as follows:\u00a0\n

              • One hour \u2013 For preparation of presentation\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • 10 minutes \u2013 Presentation\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • 20<\/em>\u00a0minutes \u2013 Question and Answer Round (Viva Voce included)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Viva voce will be assessed out of 100 marks\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Final calculation of marks for all<\/strong>\u00a0(100%)<\/strong>:\n
                  \n
                • Presentation<\/em>\u00a0will be assessed out of<\/em>\u00a050%\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Viva voce will be assessed out of 30%<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Shortlisting marks will be assessed out of 20%<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                    2. An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection examination and interview if he\/she fails to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of verification and the slot will be allotted to the immediate next\u00a0applicant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
